Harve Bellos
President & CEO
Upon completion of graduate work in the China Studies
Program at the University of Washington and language
study in Taiwan, Harve entered the pulp and paper
industry with Perry H. Koplik & Sons (New York) in 1981.
After three years in pulp sales, he established the
packaging materials group at Koplik in 1985, with a
primary focus on the emerging markets in Asia. He moved
to Portland, Oregon in 1991 to manage the growing
activity in the Pacific Rim and led a MBO to launch
PACCESS in 1995, forming the foundation of the company’s
future growth and development in the supply chain
management space. Harve has three grown children and
lives with his wife in Portland. His hobbies include
tennis, photography, cycling and cross country skiing.
He serves on the Board of Directors of the Portland
Chinese Classical Garden.
