Harve Bellos
President & CEO 

Upon completion of graduate work in the China Studies
Program at the University of Washington and language study
in Taiwan, Harve entered the pulp and paper industry with
Perry H. Koplik & Sons (New York) in 1981. After three
years in pulp sales, he established the packaging materials
group at Koplik in 1985, with a primary focus on the emerging
markets in Asia. He moved to Portland, Oregon in 1991
to manage the growing activity in the Pacific Rim, started
a new affiliated business (Cascade Converting in Tacoma),
Washington in 1992 and led a MBO to launch PACCESS in
1995, forming the basis for our future growth and development
in the supply chain management space. Harve lives with
his wife and three school age children in Portland. His
hobbies include tennis, photography, and cross country
skiing. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Portland
Chinese Classical Garden.
