Bellos President

Upon
completion of graduate work in the China
Studies Program at the University of
Washington and language study in Taiwan, Harve
entered the pulp and paper industry with Perry
H. Koplik & Sons (New York) in 1981. After
three years in pulp sales, he established the
packaging materials group at Koplik in 1985,
with a primary focus on the emerging markets
in Asia. He moved to Portland, Oregon in 1991
to manage the growing activity in the Pacific
Rim and led a MBO to launch PACCESS in 1995,
forming the foundation of the company’s future
growth and development in the supply chain
management space. Harve has three grown
children and lives with his wife in Portland.
His hobbies include tennis, photography,
cycling and cross country skiing. He serves on
the Board of Directors of the Portland Chinese
Classical Garden. |

Janie
Brown  |

Janie
served as Chief Financial Officer at Merix
Corporation, a public company and manufacturer
of advanced technology printed circuit boards
with plants in the U.S. and Asia, from 1998
to 2006. She joined Merix in 1995 and served
as corporate controller and treasurer until
1998. Before joining Merix, Janie was an Audit
Partner with the public accounting firm of
Deloitte & Touche LLP where she had 13
years of progressive responsibility including
admission as a partner. She started her career
as a systems engineer with IBM Corporation.
Janie holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration
from Oregon State University. She also completed
post baccalaureate studies in Accounting at
Portland State University and attended an
Executive Management Training Program at the
Harvard University Business School. |

Regina
Hauser Executive
Director
The
Oregon Natural Step
 |
Regina
is the Executive Director of the Oregon Natural
Step, a Portland, Oregon based non-profit
think tank and advisory organization that
helps businesses and governments integrate
sustainability into core strategy and operations.
Prior to joining the Oregon Natural Step in
2002, Regina spent 16 years as an attorney
specializing in intellectual property and
employment issues in the Portland office of
Schwabe Williamson & Wyatt, a prominent
west coast law firm. She is currently on the
board of Salmon Safe and Terwilliger Plaza.
Regina Hauser is also a serious mountain trekker. |

Jim
Higgs Senior

Jim
Higgs has been an HR executive for local high
technology companies for many years. Having
recently "semi-retired", he is now an HR
Consultant, the Principal of The BEEMS Group <http://www.TheBEEMSgroup.com>
. Graduating from the University of Oregon in
Physics, Psychology, and Business
Administration, Jim began work in the wood
products industry out of college in 1973. He
was then hired to do the site startup for
Intel in Oregon in 1976. He held various
senior HR positions with Intel in HR, leaving
Intel to become the VP of HR for BiiN, a joint
venture between Intel and Siemens. After BiiN
folded in 1990, Jim went to the startup Logic
Automation, which became Logic Modeling, and
then was acquired by Synopsys. From 1997-2008,
Jim was the Sr VP of HR for FEI Company, which
is a publicly traded international capital
equipment company. |

David
Kratochvil

David is presently the Managing Director and
founder of Quandary Business Solutions. The
business is focused on Business Improvement,
Supply Management, Acquisitions and Operation
Organization Structuring for international
and domestic companies. Prior to forming Quandary
Business Solutions, David was the Chief Logistics
Officer of supply operations for Herbalife
International, a global multibillion dollar
nutrition and personal care corporation. He
was also Executive Vice President Distribution
for Tenneco, managing the automotive divisions
supply and supported the international business
for Tenneco Packaging. In addition David was:
the Vice President and General Manager of
Logistics for DHL, an international transportation
company, CEO and Vice President of Eden Forwarding,
providing logistics service, Vice President
of Danzas International, a global transportation
company and Managed the Cargo Division of
United Airlines, during deregulation of the
air freight industry.
David has served on the board or has been
a board advisor of various supply and nutrition
businesses and was also named one of the
top 20 Logistics Professionals in the United
States by CLO Magazine. He studied Business
Administration at Oregon State University
and the University of Portland and completed
the Graduate School of Sales and Marketing
Management at Syracuse University. David’s
involvement in many supply organizations
includes being a member of the Penn State
University Logistics Leadership Forum and
the Council of Logistics Management.

Walt Weyler |
 Walt
and his wife Nancy, live in Portland, while
his grown children live in Seattle, WA and
Worcester, MA. Walt is retired, having sold
his net-shape metal parts manufacturing
business to Phelps Dodge in 2005. Between
1985 and 1993, he served as President and COO
of Graco, Inc. a $320 million NYSE specialty
pump company in Minneapolis. Walt served as
Vice President of GE, as the head of its
Mobile Radio Division and led two other
businesses during his 11 years with GE. He
spent 10 years in the semiconductor integrated
circuit industry with ITT and Texas
Instruments after graduating from the Harvard
Business School with an MBA and Michigan State
University with a BSEE. He is currently the
chairman of the board of the Oregon Symphony. |

Wu
Zhaohui Associate Professor

Zhaohui
Wu is an associate professor of Supply Chain
and Operations Management. He is currently
teaching and conducting research on supply
networks, buyer-supplier relationships and
environmental management strategy in supply
chain operations. Zhaohui worked as a buyer at
Lord Corporation, an U.S. aerospace company,
and as a project manager at CMEC, a Chinese
international trade company. |
