Bellos

Upon
completion of graduate work in the China
Studies Program at the University of
Washington and language study in Taiwan, Harve
entered the pulp and paper industry with Perry
H. Koplik & Sons (New York) in 1981. After
three years in pulp sales, he established the
packaging materials group at Koplik in 1985,
with a primary focus on the emerging markets
in Asia. He moved to Portland, Oregon in 1991
to manage the growing activity in the Pacific
Rim and led a MBO to launch PACCESS in 1995,
forming the foundation of the company’s future
growth and development in the supply chain
management space. Harve has three grown
children and lives with his wife in Portland.
His hobbies include tennis, photography,
cycling and cross country skiing. He serves on
the Board of Directors of the Portland Chinese
Classical Garden. |

Janie
Brown
 |

Janie
served as Chief Financial Officer at Merix
Corporation, a public company and manufacturer
of advanced technology printed circuit boards
with plants in the U.S. and Asia, from 1998 to
2006. She joined Merix in 1995 and served as
corporate controller and treasurer until 1998.
Before joining Merix, Janie was an Audit
Partner with the public accounting firm of
Deloitte & Touche LLP where she had 13 years
of progressive responsibility including
admission as a partner. She started her career
as a systems engineer with IBM Corporation.
Janie holds a B.S. degree in Business
Administration from Oregon State University.
She also completed post baccalaureate studies
in Accounting at Portland State University and
attended an Executive Management Training
Program at the Harvard University Business
School. |

Dalton

James
Dalton is a former senior vice president of
Tektronix, Inc., a leading global electronic
test and measurement company. During his
twenty year career he led its merger and
acquisition activities as well as legal and
intellectually property matters and had direct
P&L responsibility for subsidiary operations.
He had executive responsibility at various
times for human resources, information
systems, engineering and China operations. He
has broad domestic and international
management experience throughout the business
cycle. He has managed and negotiated over $5B
in M&A transactions.
He currently
chairs the Oregon Public Employee Retirement
System board with over 330,000 members, $55B
in assets and $65B in liabilities. He has
served on the boards of numerous public,
private and charitable boards, notably RadiSys
Corporation as it grew from a small company
with $14M in revenue to a public company with
over $1B in market capitalization. He has a
degree in economics from the University of
Massachusetts and a law degree from Boston
College. |

Regina
Hauser
Executive
Director
The
Oregon Natural Step
 |
Regina
is the Executive Director of the Oregon
Natural Step, a Portland, Oregon based
non-profit think tank and advisory
organization that helps businesses and
governments integrate sustainability into core
strategy and operations. Prior to joining the
Oregon Natural Step in 2002, Regina spent 16
years as an attorney specializing in
intellectual property and employment issues in
the Portland office of Schwabe Williamson &
Wyatt, a prominent west coast law firm. She is
currently on the board of Salmon Safe and
Terwilliger Plaza. Regina Hauser is also a
serious mountain trekker. |

Jim
Higgs
Senior

Jim
Higgs has been an HR executive for local high
technology companies for many years. Having
recently "semi-retired", he is now an HR
Consultant, the Principal of The BEEMS Group <http://www.TheBEEMSgroup.com>
. Graduating from the University of Oregon in
Physics, Psychology, and Business
Administration, Jim began work in the wood
products industry out of college in 1973. He
was then hired to do the site startup for
Intel in Oregon in 1976. He held various
senior HR positions with Intel in HR, leaving
Intel to become the VP of HR for BiiN, a joint
venture between Intel and Siemens. After BiiN
folded in 1990, Jim went to the startup Logic
Automation, which became Logic Modeling, and
then was acquired by Synopsys. From 1997-2008,
Jim was the Sr VP of HR for FEI Company, which
is a publicly traded international capital
equipment company. |

Jon
A. Olson Director and General Manager of
Global Platform Solutions
 |

Jon
joined Intel Corp, a $44B semiconductor and
electronics manufacturing company, in January
1993. As Director and General Manager of
Global Platform Solutions (GPS), he is
responsible for the Manufacturing and Supply
Chain for Intel’s Boards and Systems Products
as well as the Worldwide Post Sales Support
Network. Prior to his GPS role, Jon was the
Director of Global Transportation and
Logistics Outsourcing where he was responsible
for development and implementation of Intel’s
worldwide transportation and 3rd party
logistics strategies supporting Intel’s
manufacturing and distribution supply network.
In addition, Olson was previously Geography
Logistics Manager for North and South America,
and held roles in finance, procurement, and
operations management.
Prior to
joining Intel, Olson was an officer in the
United States Air Force with billets in
Arizona, Texas, and Washington State. He was
a Flight Instructor in the T-37 aircraft and
held additional roles in Standardization and
Evaluation as a Wing Check Pilot. Prior to
this position, Jon worked in the general
aviation field in flying and operations
management.
Olson earned his Master’s
in Business Administration with a
concentration in strategic management from
Western International University. He also
holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from
the University of Louisiana, Lafayette. In
addition, Jon also serves as an Adjunct
Professor for Portland State University in the
School of Business Administration where he
teaches in the field of Logistics and Supply
Chain. |

Wu
Zhaohui
Associate
Professor

Zhaohui
Wu is an associate professor of Supply Chain
and Operations Management. He is currently
teaching and conducting research on supply
networks, buyer-supplier relationships and
environmental management strategy in supply
chain operations. Zhaohui worked as a buyer at
Lord Corporation, an U.S. aerospace company,
and as a project manager at CMEC, a Chinese
international trade company. |
