Angel Diez
VP, Fiber
Upon finishing his MBA at the University of Washington
Angel joined the pulp and paper industry with Boise
Cascade . He has spent the past 35 years with major
North American producers of newsprint, printing and
writing papers, lumber and pulp. His experience is heavy
to the marketing and sales side of the business. His
last assignment was as VP of the pulp division for Pope
and Talbot which included manufacturing and sales of
800,000 tons of pulp. Angel graduated from Gonzaga
University where he currently serves in their Board of
Regents. He is married and enjoys coaching kids’ sports,
still finds time to play soccer and kick a golf ball
around.
